1-877-773-0772 for a return authorization number (RAN).  No return will be accepted without a valid RAN and no credit will be issued.  Returns are subject to verification of reason for return.  Shipping costs may apply.

All items are shipped via Canada Post, insured; FOB Kingsville, ON.  Estimated delivery is within 5-7 business days to most of Canada and 10-12 business days to most of the United States.  International purchasers are responsible to pay any duty, taxes or other fees that may be applicable on import.  Please contact us regarding shipping outside Canada and the United States.

This one year limited warranty applies to repair or replacement of product found to be defective in material or workmanship.  This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from abusive, unreasonable use or supplemental damage.  Defects that are the result of normal wear and tear will not be considered manufacturing defects under this warranty.  Izaya 58 Enterprises Inc is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature or for the loss of keys.  This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of this product from the original date of purchase.  Original proof of purchase required.  Fees may apply.
